Description:

There are many types of AC/DC brush-less stepper Dryer miniature motor: AC series excited motors, DC motors, DC brush less motors, stepper motors, etc.

The advantages of AC/DC brush less stepper Dryer miniature motors are as follows:
1. Step less speed regulation: The AC/DC brush less stepper Dryer miniature motor adopts a cast aluminum (iron shell or BMC) end cover structure and ferrite permanent magnet, combined with an internal rotor structure design, which has the advantages of step less speed regulation, high reliability, and can effectively help users achieve functions such as constant temperature heating and fast drying.
2.Silent and efficient: The dryer motor uses a DC motor, which is silent and efficient, environmentally friendly and healthy.
3. Disinfection and sterilization effect: When the clothes dryer is working normally, the internal temperature can reach up to 70 degrees Celsius, playing a certain disinfection and sterilization effect. The sterilization effect with ultraviolet UV lamp is 99.3%.

The application of AC/DC brushless stepper miniature motor in clothes dryers is as follows:
(1)Connect the power supply to provide power for the clothes dryer.
(2)By rotating the micro motor, the inner drum of the clothes dryer is driven to rotate, thereby achieving the drying of clothes.
(3)AC/DC brushless stepper miniature motor can achieve forward and reverse rotation, and direct frequency variable flow soft drying technology can restore the fluffy and soft texture of the fabric itself, with a sterilization and mite removal rate of over 99.99%.
There are two main types of motors inside the dryer, BLDC variable frequency motor and direct drive variable frequency magnetic levitation motor.
Because the BLDC variable frequency motor operates using a belt driven drum, while the direct drive variable frequency magnetic levitation motor directly drives the drum to operate. Therefore, direct drive variable frequency motors are quieter, more energy-efficient, and more stable than BLDC variable frequency motors.
